Terms & Condition

General

1. All our items are 3 DAYS REFUND from date purchased. We do not deal with counterfeit items and never will.
2. All sales are final. Items are not out season material and production are upon customer order.
3. Please use the Inquiries form to check the availability with us.
4. We suggesting that customer do double-confirm with the material and design before make decision.
5. If you are interested in an item, please request for a quote using the Inquiries form. (please fill up the form) 
6. Please approach us if you have any questions or concerns about anything at all and we'll try out best to resolve it :)

 Orders & Payments

1. Once an order is confirmed, deposit payment of 50% are required to confirm the order for benefit of  both parties.Payment is expected within 48 hours.
2. All sales are final. Upon confirmation & payment, no changes/cancellations can be made. 
3. Deposit paid is not refundable and will be forfeited if one decided to cancel the order thereafter.
4. We accept payments through ATM Transfer, Maybank2U,Maybank Cash Deposit Machine,Interbank Transfer and Cheque Deposit.

 Shipping

1. Once the item is delivered, we will email you the tracking number.
2. We take care in packaging the items and we are not responsible for any damage or loss of package during domestic shipping.
3. Shipping period is just an estimation and we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays which are out of our control (ie: held in customs/inefficiencies).
